He launched his first internet business in 1997 and is a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year nominee. Nate enjoys challenging situations, complex problem-solving, developing teams and people, and integrating online and offline worlds. He holds a BA in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
Simon Jacobson

Simon is a passionate digital marketing leader with almost 20 years’ experience across all corners of the industry. With his experience running teams and digital advertising programmes on the advertiser, agency and technology provider sides of the industry, Simon currently works as UK Partner Sales Director at Microsoft Advertising, promoting the benefits of the ever-growing Microsoft Advertising Network through a network of strategic partner resellers, agencies and software organisations. ambitious SMB Agencies and Start-Up/Scale-Up Advertisers across the UK. Simon is also a mentor and advisor to several start-ups covering all areas of strategic and operational marketing. From go-to-market strategy, to strategic marketing planning and advertising channel strategy.
