Sales Executive / Team Lead

ABOUT THE JOB AND THE COMPANY:

About the Role 

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of SDR’s. You will be part of our PPC Agency Matchmaker Sales Team, a service where we match PPC agencies to companies.  You must have a proven track record in selling technology and digital marketing services to end clients. We are looking for someone who is process-orientated, collaborative, and able to inspire and lead a sales team. You will be hands-on managing key client accounts while focusing on hitting individual and team sales targets in the UK market.  

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales, will be comfortable understanding prospects’ requirements before assessing what action needs to be taken. Good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and teamwork are essential. You’ll also have an interest in working in a technology start-up / growth company. 

You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable on the phone, and be diligent in following up, ensuring sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs, helping them achieve their individual and collective targets.  
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts within the UK. 
  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue generation. 
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Sell SaaS solutions and agency services directly to end clients, identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key sales metrics, ensuring both team and individual performance align with company goals. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. 

 

Ideal Candidate  

  • 3 years of experience in selling technology and digital marketing services to end clients.  
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Instantly) and sales performance analytics. 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or technology services sold through an agency model. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles. 
  • Passionate about sales.  
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and ensuring adequate follow-up. 
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for results. 
  • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)

CRM / Email Specialist

This role is essential in managing our CRM strategy, optimizing email marketing, and driving engagement through targeted campaigns. Job Overview 

As a CRM Specialist / Growth Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, with a focus on sales-side processes, CRM hygiene, and growth through email marketing strategies. You’ll ensure our CRM system is clean and organized, craft impactful email campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and execute mass email acquisition campaigns. Having experience in content syndication and writing emails is a huge plus, as we aim to scale our lead acquisition and customer engagement efforts. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • HubSpot Expertise: 
  • Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot CRM, overseeing its functionality and ensuring smooth integration with sales and marketing processes. 
  • Manage the sales-side of HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting. 
  • CRM Hygiene: 
  • Maintain data integrity within HubSpot by managing CRM hygiene, ensuring records are up-to-date, clean, and actionable. 
  • Implement strategies for regular data cleaning and enhancement to optimize sales and marketing efforts. 
  • Email Campaign Management: 
  • Write and prepare highly effective email campaigns designed to engage and convert leads, nurture customer relationships, and increase retention. 
  • A/B testing for subject lines, copy, design, and other email elements to drive performance improvements. 
  • Execute mass email campaigns with the goal of lead acquisition and nurturing through marketing automation. 
  • Email Acquisition & Growth: 
  • Drive email acquisition strategies, developing tactics to grow our email list while maintaining high deliverability and low unsubscribe rates. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to define and implement email growth strategies that align with overall business goals. 
  • Content Syndication: 
  • Use content syndication strategies to distribute content, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads. 
  • Collaborate with content teams to identify opportunities for syndication and content partnerships. 
  • Performance Analytics: 
  • Analyze email and CRM performance metrics to report on key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and overall marketing performance. 
  • Strategy: 
  • To make sure that we are coordinating our strategy with Microsoft Advertising, this could include technology updates, offers, best practices and new features. 

Key Requirements 

  • Experience: 
  • Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, particularly on the sales side (deal management, workflows, etc.). 
  • Proven experience managing CRM hygiene and maintenance, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong background in email marketing, including writing, preparing, and executing campaigns at scale. 
  • Skills: 
  • Expertise in A/B testing for email campaigns, with a clear understanding of best practices for improving engagement. 
  • Solid experience with mass email acquisition and marketing automation tools. 
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively using HubSpot, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agencies

About the Role

We’re looking for a digital marketing agency sales executive to drive our software sales to the digital marketing agency market. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role represents an excellent opportunity for an up and coming sales executive with Agency experience to take their career to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Sales, will be comfortable understanding prospects’ requirements before assessing what action needs to be taken. Good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and team working are essential.

You will have previous experience in Agency sales, either selling tech or media to the digital agency world, preferably with a focus/knowledge of digital marketing / Google Ads. You’ll also have an interest in working in a technology start-up / growth company.

You’ll need to have a strong attention to detail, be comfortable on the phone, and be diligent in following up ensuring sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

·         Making initial prospecting calls and outbound calls in response to emails received to establish sales leads

·         Responding to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·         Logging all details in our CRM Pipedrive.

·         Pushing prospects through the sales pipeline, including meetings, proposals and closing, as well as taking responsibility for and hitting business targets.

·         Producing brief reports and analysis of activity

Required Skills:

·         Customer Focus – Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers. To establish and develop effective customer relationships, maintaining trust and integrity throughout all interactions.

·         Listening – Capable of active and attentive listening in order to understand potential customer pain points.

PPC Analyst

Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology and consulting, with a performance driven approach. We are currently seeking a commercially minded PPC Analyst to help research, build and maintain PPC campaigns (search, shopping, video, display and social media ads) for our current clients, as well as to help on-board new clients.


You will join our operations team as a PPC Analyst, working across a number of accounts to ensure our clients receive the best in market service for their digital marketing campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to get hands on digital marketing experience in an exciting start-up environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Check assigned accounts daily and optimise where necessary
Maintain constant communication with assigned portfolios main point of contact (POC) to discuss campaign performance and strategy
Deliver timely and accurate reports
Continually optimise keywords, ads/copy, bids, and landing pages in line with client KPI’s
Analyse and identify growth accounts and devise strategies to increase client spend and performance
Keep up to date with new developments on search and other forms of performance marketing

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years Google Ads experience (min)
Highly literate and good attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Strongly numerate as our work is performance driven
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable meeting with clients and discussing issues

Diginius is a London-based software and solutions provider, encompassing digital advertising, technology, and consulting, with a performance-driven approach. We are currently seeking a commercially minded Biddable Account Manager to help research, build and maintain PPC campaigns (search, shopping, video, display, and social media ads) for our current clients, as well as to onboard new clients.

Chester Yang is the Microsoft Program Manager at Diginius with a background in economics and quantitative research.  

At Diginius, Chester focuses on nurturing partnerships with PPC agencies and integrating marketing and sales solutions.
